Materials

Primarily heavy grog stoneware clay and various glazes, developed through ongoing surface testing.

Additional materials are introduced as needed, depending on the piece, such as glass, wood, or metal.

Process

Custom commissions start with rough sketches to align on form, sketches finalized as 2D dimensional drawings, then realized through slab building processes in clay.

Clients

Collaborations span residential and commercial interiors, working with designers and architects to develop pieces that respond to context, scale, and material.

Lead Times

All pieces are made-to-order in the Greenpoint studio located in Brooklyn. Lead times vary depending on scale with a ~6-8 week lead time for smaller pieces, and ~10-12 for larger pieces.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. Streicher’s pieces infuse interior spaces with a sense of warmth and a human touch, effortlessly merging artistic expression with the rhythm of daily life.

Ranging from lighting to handmade furniture, Streicher combines sculptural elements with functional design to create timeless, tactile pieces for modern spaces.
